Welcome to Learnovate IT Training.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Learnovate IT Training website, online training services, demo classes, courses, learning materials, and related services.
By accessing our website, registering for a course, booking a demo, making a payment, or participating in our training, you agree to these Terms.

- AI-assisted development
- Other technology and professional skills
Course availability, curriculum, duration, delivery method, instructors, packages, and fees may vary.
2. Course Information
We aim to ensure that all course descriptions and information displayed on our website and promotional materials are accurate.
However, Learnovate IT Training reserves the right to reasonably update:
- Course curriculum
- Tools and software covered
- Training materials
- Trainers
- Class schedules
- Course duration
- Training methodology
- Assignments
- Practical projects
Changes may be necessary to keep courses relevant to current technologies, software, AI tools, advertising platforms, and industry practices.
3. Free Demo Classes
Free demo classes are intended to provide prospective students with an overview of our:
- Teaching methodology
- Course structure
- Learning approach
- Trainer interaction
- Program expectations
Attending a free demo does not automatically constitute enrollment in a paid course.
Availability of demo sessions may be limited and schedules may change when reasonably necessary.
4. Registration and Enrollment
Students must provide accurate information during registration.
Enrollment may only be considered confirmed after any required:
- Registration process
- Payment
- Documentation
- Confirmation from Learnovate IT Training
Course access and enrollment are personal to the registered student and may not be transferred to another individual without our approval.
5. Course Fees and Payments
Course fees will be communicated before enrollment.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are payable in two instalments: 50% before the batch begins, and the remaining 50% once the course reaches its halfway point.
Prices may vary according to:
- Course level
- Batch training
- One-to-one training
- Promotional offers
- Course duration
- Package selected
Promotional prices and discounts may be available for limited periods.
A previous promotional offer does not guarantee that the same price will remain available in the future.
Students are responsible for ensuring payments are made through payment methods authorised by Learnovate IT Training.
6. Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
Where a refund is approved, it is calculated by deducting the portion of the course already delivered to the student, together with an administration fee, from the amount paid. The balance is refunded.
The administration fee and the method of calculating the delivered portion are confirmed with the student in writing before payment is taken.
Refund, cancellation, batch-transfer, and course-transfer eligibility also remain subject to the terms communicated at the time of enrollment and to any applicable legal requirements.
Students should review the applicable refund conditions before making payment.
Where a student has already received significant course access, attended classes, received digital materials, or started personalised training, refund eligibility may be restricted where legally permitted.
Any approved refund may exclude charges that are non-refundable to Learnovate IT Training, such as applicable payment processing or administrative costs, where permitted by law.
7. Class Attendance
Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes on time.
Where a student misses a class, Learnovate IT Training is not automatically required to provide:
- A replacement individual class
- A refund
- Additional training hours
Where possible, alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion depending on the course format and circumstances.
One-to-one students should notify us as early as reasonably possible if they cannot attend a scheduled session.
8. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All original materials provided by Learnovate IT Training, including:
- Presentations
- PDFs
- Videos
- Recordings
- Worksheets
- Assignments
- Templates
- Course notes

Unless we explicitly provide permission, course materials are provided for the registered student’s personal educational use only.
Students must not resell course materials, upload paid materials publicly, distribute materials to non-students, copy or commercially reproduce our materials, record classes without permission, or share account or course access with others.
Unauthorised distribution may result in suspension or termination of course access.
9. Class Recordings
Classes are recorded, and the recording of a class is made available to students enrolled in that batch — this is how a missed class is covered.
Recordings may also be used for quality-control and student-support purposes.
Where recordings include student participation, reasonable notice or consent will be obtained where required.
Students may not independently record, publish, distribute, or commercially use classes without permission from Learnovate IT Training.

11. Software and Third-Party Costs

Digital marketing results can change because of factors including competition, budget, algorithms, platform policies, website quality, audience behaviour, and market conditions.
